I love pumpkin seeds and these bars are only 60 calories - or 2 WW Freestyle points each. They are a little crunchy but slightly chewy because of the pumpkin seeds. I pack this up with 2 pre-peeled hard boiled eggs and a banana when I need to eat on the go. I could not find these in any stores so I ordered them online.
These Cookie Bites taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. I got 6 packs for $5.96. Each pack is 3 points each - 125 calories per pack. Makes a great grab-and-go snack. My kids like them too. I will definitely order these again. I could only find them online.
Sanisimmo Oven Baked Corn Crackers are just 2 points per pack (3 cracker sheets per pack). They have a very nice corn flavor, not too salty. I like these with salsa and black beans. They are a little hard to find in stores but you can find and purchase Sanisimmo Oven Baked Corn Crackers > on Amazon for $ 4.98.
A tasty, chewy grab-and-go snack or breakfast. You can whip these up in less than 30 minutes. To prevent burning, melt the marshmellows the same way you would chocolate. Place a bowl on top of simmering water and place the marshmallows in the bowl. See video for demonstration. Recipe makes 8 servings.
Quick and tasty snack for when you are on the run. They are a little small so I usually eat them with fruit and / or yogurt. I like the light lemony flavor in these bars. They are crisp and a little chewy. You can find and buy Simply Protein Crispy Bars here.
These oatmeal bars are very easy to make. They have a very soft gooey texture because of the oatmeal. You can make these in advance - store them in the refrigerator, then heat them up. But they are best if you eat them the day you make them. If I'm on the go, I'll pack this up with a hard boiled egg or some fruit. For the apples in this recipe, Granny Smith is good or another type of baking apple. Recipe makes 8 bars using an 8" x 8" square pan.
I make the bagels for this on meal-prep day. Sometimes I assemble the sandwiches and freeze them so I can just heat them up and go. Other times, I freeze just the bagels, and defrost on the day I'm eating it - then add the eggs and bacon that day.
I was racking my brain trying to figure out grab and go breakfasts that aren't eggs. These are really good and only 3 points on WW for two of them. Recipe makes 12 sticks. You can freeze these and pop them in the toaster oven when you're ready to eat them. They freeze and re-heat well.

Nothing revolutionary here. But it beats the drive-through version. I keep this in my breakfast line up because it's a tasty, quick option for busy work-day mornings. Hopefully one day I can quit my day job and just cook and manage this blog for a living instead. Until then, I'll be packing this up in a brown bag and eating it in the car when I'm running late.
