2 Ingredient Baguettes
These baguettes are good for sandwiches and subs. The crust is softer than a real baguette but they still taste good and make a good sandwich. Recipe makes 2 loaves. Serving size is 1/3 of each loaf.
Total Cook/Prep time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups fat-free greek yogurt
  • Optional:
  • 1 scrambled egg used as a wash
  • seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix the flour and yogurt in a bowl until it forms a ball of dough

Split the dough in half

Roll each half into a log shape about 12 inches long

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seeds

Bake about 25 - 30 minutes
