Asian Chicken Salad with Water Chestnuts
Love the texture and flavors in this salad.

  • 3 cups Romaine lettuce (washed
  • dried and chopped)
  • 1 cup arugula (optional)
  • 6 oz pre-cooked grilled chicken
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • pineapple chunks (4 or 5 pieces)
  • 1 can water chestnuts (drained)
  • 2 scallions (sliced)
  • 1 Wasa Crisp cracker
  • 2 tbsp Panera Bread Asian Vinaigrette


Assemble the lettuce in a bowl

Add the chicken, oranges, pineapple, water chestnuts, and scallions in the bowl

Crush the Wasa Crisp with your hands and add it to the salad

Drizzle on the dressing
