Chickpea Kale Salad with Tahini Dressing

The dressing is delicious on this.

Total Cook/Prep time: 20 minutes


  • 3 cups raw chopped kale
  • 1/2 can chickpeas
  • Cucumber slices
  • Fresh dill
  • Sprinkle of sesame seeds
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp tahini paste/butter
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic


Put the chopped kale in a bowl.

Add the tahini, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and minced garlic to the bowl 

Massage the dressing into the kale leaves.

Add remaining ingredients.
