Chili Cheese Dip and Chips

This zero point homemade turkey chili is a versatile meal that can be used in many ways. For this recipe, I used Velveeta Shreds (cheddar), which is 1 point for 2 tablespoons (or 2 points for a quarter cup). The crackers are Sanissimo Baked Corn Cracker Bites (3 points for 30 crackers).

Total Cook/Prep time: 20 minutes


  • 1 cup pre-made Turkey Chili
  • 2 tbsp Velveeta Shreds
  • 30 Sanissimo Baked Corn Cracker Bites


Heat the chili in the microwave (or on the stovetop in a small pot)

Place it in an oven-safe bowl (such as Pyrex)

Place the bowl of chili in the oven (or toaster oven) on broil, to allow the cheese to melt (about 5 minutes)

Put it on a platter and arrange the crackers for dipping
