Eggs and Avacado on Crusty Sourdough

I make my own sour dough bread, but you can purchase a nice crusty rustic loaf from your local bakery. You can pair this with any fruit of your choice for a more filling meal.

  • 1 slice sour-dough rye bread
  • 1/4 hass avacado
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: Everything Bagel seasoning


Spray a pan with cooking spray and fry the egg.

Spread the avacado on the toast and then add the egg.

Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.

Eat and enjoy.
