Fresh pico de gallo goes well with so many different things such as fajitas, tacos, salads and chips.
Recipe makes four servings (1/2 cup serving).
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Store the pico de gallo in a jar or tupperware container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. It's usually better after the first day you make it because the flavors have a chance to integrate.
