Pizza Dough
This is a quick and easy pizza dough. Recipe and directions for home-made marinara sauce, can be found in the "Meal Prep Ideas" section of this site, or just use the search bar at the top of the page.
Total Cook/Prep time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

Prepare the dough:

Mix the flour and yogurt in a bowl

Mix to combine into a ball of dough.

Place the dough on a lightly floured surface

Divide the dough in 2 pieces. I use a dough cutter for this, but a large knife will do. 

Use a rolling pin to roll each piece of dough into a disc shape.

Use a spatula to lift and place it on a parchment lined baking sheet

Prebake the crusts for approximately 15 minutes before adding the toppings

Add toppings of your choice and continue to heat for about 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted.
