So many things to do with Pizzelles. You can see the options I came up with in the video slideshow which includes: PB2 & Banana, Black Forest, Pistachio Cream, Cannoli Cream, Orange Creamsicle, Chocolate PB2 & Raspberry and Peppermint. Ingredients

  • 1. PB2 & Banana (3 points)
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter plus 2 tbsp water
  • 5 or 6 slices of banana
  • 2 chocolate pizzelles
  • 2. Pistachio Cream (5 points)
  • 4 tbsp lite cool whip
  • 2 tbsp fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 2 drops green food coloring
  • 2 chocolate pizzelles
  • 3. Cannoli Cream (5 points)
  • 4 tbsp lite cool whip
  • 2 tbsp fat-free ricotta cheese
  • sprinkle of allspice
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 2 Anise flavored pizzelles
  • 4. Orange Creamsicle (3 points)
  • 2 tbsp lite cool whip
  • teaspoon of orange juice
  • 4 mandarin orange slices
  • 2 vanilla flavored pizzelles
  • 5. Chocolate PB2 & Raspberry (3 points)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate peanut butter powder plus 2 tbsp water
  • 5 or 6 fresh raspberries
  • 2 chocolate pizzelles
  • 6. Peppermint (4 points)
  • 4 tbsp lite cool whip
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 chocolate pizzelles
  • 7. Black Forest (4 points)
  • 4 tbsp lite cool whip
  • 5 or 6 frozen pitted dark cherrys (I got mine from Trader Joes but most grocery stores carry them)
  • 2 chocolate pizzelles

Directions

Varies - but you pretty much just mix the cream and assemble onto the pizzelles.
