A fun and delicious lunch to pack up and go, or eat at home. All ingredients used for this can be found at Trader Joe's (except this specific brand of shrimp), or you can find similar items at your local grocery store but just keep in mind that it may impact the nutritional values. Ingredients

  • 3 cups Trader Joe's Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix
  • 4 Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons
  • 4 shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Trader Joe's Asian Style Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette

Directions

Heat the shrimp and wontons until thawed/warm

Mix the veggie mix and dressing together and place it in a bowl or these take-out containers

Add the shrimp and wontons

That's it. Easy and very yummy!
