Thai Peanut Wrap

This Thai wrap has a bunch of Trader Joe's finds in it. The wrap itself (which is a small whole wheat low carb wrap), the Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette and the soy beans. It's a tasty wrap with lots of crunchy texture.

Total Cook/Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 small whole wheat low-carb wrap
  • 4 oz. pre-cooked grilled chicken
  • 3 or 4 romaine leaves
  • 1/4 cup soy beans
  • carrots (julienne cut here)
  • handful of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette

Directions

Place parchment paper underneath the whole wheat wrap

Assemble the chicken, romaine, soybeans, carrots, cilantro and Spicy Peanut dressing on the wrap

Roll it up, using the parchment paper around the wrap to secure it closed

Twist the ends of the parchment paper

Slice it in half
