Turkey Bacon BLTs

These BLT's are good and filling thanks to the egg on them. Instead of mayo, these have 1/4 hass avocado.

Total Cook/Prep time: 20 minutes


  • 2 slices light bread (Nature's Harvest light used here)
  • 1 over-easy egg
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • 2 slices Butterball thin and crispy bacon
  • 1/4 Hass avocado


Toast the bread if you like it toasted.

Heat a pan over the stovetop and spray it with cooking spray to cook the egg.

Place the egg on one side of the toast.

Cook the turkey bacon in the pan and add it over the eggs when they are fully cooked.

Assemble the sandwich with remaining ingredients.

Add a zero point side such as corn, fruit or a vegetable of your choice.
