Turkey Sloppy Joes
These are a super quick and easy lunch or dinner you can whip up during the week.
Total Cook/Prep time: 30 minutes


  • 1 lb extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 1 can Hunts Manwhich Sauce
  • Hamburger buns or rolls (recipe assumes 5 sp for each bun).


Dice the peppers and onions

In a pan sprayed with cooking spray, add the ground turkey, peppers and onions

Cook about 7 minutes or until the ground turkey is no longer pink inside 

Add the manwich sauce to the pan and mix it all together

Continue to heat for about 1 minute.

Place the mixture onto the buns

Serve with corn on the cobb and/or a vegetable of your choice
