Tzaziki Skewers

Tzaziki Skewers
I made these skewers as a snack with leftover grilled chicken I had on hand. The tzaziki dressing is easy to mix up.

Ingredients

  • Grilled chicken
  • Green bell peppers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • For the dressing:
  • 3 tbs fat-free greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp mayo
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • Black pepper

Directions

Just cut the chicken and vegetables and put them on skewers or toothpicks.

Mix Tzaziki sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Dip the skewers in the Tzasiki Sauce.
