BLT Wrap with Roasted Turkey Breast & Balsamic

Super satisfying and tasty lunch. This wrap has real bacon (center cut), pre-cooked roasted turkey breast, spring mix lettuce, tomato and balsamic dressing. Strawberries go well with balsamic dressing so I had those on the side.


Recipe makes 1 wrap.

  • 1 small low-carb wrap
  • 3 slices center cut bacon (1 sp per slice)
  • 6 oz pre-cooked roasted turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup spring mix lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 tbsp balsamic dressing


Cook bacon in a pan on the stove top (medium heat, about 5 minutes per side)

Rinse pan and heat the turkey breast just until warm/hot

Assemble the roasted turkey breast, bacon, lettuce and tomato onto the wrap

Drizzle on the dressing

Optional: sliced strawberries on the side (0 sp)
