Beef Stir Fry

Beef Stir Fry

Super simple, quick and delicious. Each serving uses about 4 ounces pre-cut beef stir fry strips, 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce, and about 2 cups mixed fresh vegetables. I have a recipe for Teriyaki sauce, but the one used in this recipe is Trader Joe's Soyaki Sauce which I use for easy week night dinners and lunches. The sauce is completely delicious and can be used on so many things.

Recipe makes 4 servings. Each serving comes to about 9 WW SmartPoints.
