These are just regular frozen store bought - Mini Round Cheese Ravioli. I made the marinara sauce on meal prep day, so this is a super easy, delicious week night meal. It looks fancy, but it's so easy. Marinara Sauce recipe here!
Recipe makes 2 servings (15 raviolis per serving). The brand of raviolis used is "Italian Village - Mini Round Cheese Ravioli". If you can't find this specific brand, you can look for mini or bite-sized cheese ravioli in the frozen section of your local grocery store. Just check the nutrition label for serving size and nutrition facts to determine the SmartPoints value for the respective brand.
Place the frozen raviolis in boiling water until they float to the top of the pot (about 10 minutes or so).
While the raviolis are cooking, heat the mariniara sauce in a small saucepan.
Drain the water from the raviolis in a strainer and place them on a plate or shallow bowl.
Cover the each plate of raviolis with 1 cup of the sauce.
That is all.
