This cake is moist and chocolatey. After you slice it, I recommend putting any left-over cake in a tupperware container and freeze it so you don't eat half of the entire pan in one sitting like I did. :-D See video for quick assembly demonstration.
Recipe makes 16 servings. 1 slice per serving.

Preheat oven to 350
Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with cooking spray, set aside
Mix the Bisquick and cocoa powder in a bowl until combined
In a separate bowl, mix sugar, yogurt, applesauce, egg and vanilla (I use an electric handmixer and mix on low speed for 30 seconds)
Using a spoon or spatula, mix the wet ingredients with the bowl of Bisquick and cocoa powder
Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 25 minutes
Allow cake to cool for 1 hour
Make the frosting: mix the coolwhip and cocoa powder together in a bowl
Spread the frosting over the cake
Top with sliced strawberries
Grill the bananas in a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray (about 3 minutes per side)
Add the warm banana slices on top of the strawberries.
Cut the cake into 16 slices and just eat one slice.
Or eat 5 slices directly out of the pan with a fork like I did. And just be sure to track it. :-O.
