A festive treat for St. Patty's day, and only 2 points per slice. The sprinkles are scarce so I didn't count them here. But feel free to leave those out if you don't want to add them. This recipe uses Pillsbury sugar-free devils food cake mix. You can find and purchase Pillsbury Sugar Free Devil's Food Cake Mix here.

Preheat oven to 325
Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray
Mix the cake mix, eggs, water and yogurt in a bowl using an electric hand mixer (about 1 minute)
Pour the batter into the baking pan
Bake about 35 minutes
Allow the cake to cool completely (about 1 hour)
Prepare the frosting by mixing the cool whip, extract and food coloring
Spread the frosting over the cake
Slice into 24 squares
