To give this salad a creamy taste, I recommend using regular full-fat sour cream for this recipe (not low-fat or fat-free).

Yield/Servings: 2 cups Serving Size: 1 cup Total Cook/Prep time: 30 minutes


  • 1 - 6 oz. can lump crab meat (drained) - Chicken of the Sea brand recommended
  • 8 pre-cooked jumbo shrimp (peeled - tail off - cut up in small chunks)
  • 2 scallions (sliced)
  • 1/2 bell pepper or 1 stalk of celery (diced)
  • handful of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 tbsp regular sour cream
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together
