Just an idea here. This is an afternoon snack I pack up to bring to work. The dip is a super quick mix of 1/4 Hass avocado, tomatillo salsa and chickpeas. 

Total Cook/Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 Good Thins Corn Crackers
  • Mini bell peppers
  • Celery
  • Avocado dip:
  • 1/2 mashed avocado
  • 2 tbsp tomatillo salsa
  • 1/4 cup chick peas (rinsed and drained)

Directions

Mix the avocado dip

Place it in one section of a tupperware container

Add the Good Thins Corn Crackers, peppers and celery
