This is more of an idea than a recipe. There's barely anything to it. But it's still really good and I'm going to keep this in my regular breakfast line-up.

 

 

Yield/Servings: 1 Serving Size: 1 bowl Total Cook/Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats (lightly toasted in a pan)
  • 4 or 5 grapes (sliced)
  • 1/4 banana (sliced)

Directions

Just put the yogurt in a bowl and top with the ingredients listed above. That is all.
