I used a small white Mission flour tortilla for this (fajita size) which comes to 3 SmartPoints on all plans. You can use whatever wrap you'd like, and maybe save a Point or two for this recipe.

Yield/Servings: 1 Serving Size: 1 wrap Total Cook/Prep time: 30 min


  • 1 Mission flour tortilla
  • 3 oz. grilled chicken (pre-cooked)
  • 2 - 3 tomato slices
  • 1/4 green bell pepper (sliced in thin strips)
  • Handful of chopped fresh dill
  • For the tzaziki dressing:
  • 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • salt and pepper


Heat the wrap or tortilla on medium heat in a pan on the stovetop (about 2 minutes per side)

Remove from heat and place the heated wrap on a plate

Add the main ingredients to one half of the wrap (chicken, green peppers, tomatoes and fresh dill)

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients together then spoon it onto the top of the ingredients

Fold the other half of the wrap over the ingredients.
