I used grilled chicken as the crust of the pizza here and topped it with marinara sauce and full fat mozzarella. You can use low-fat mozzarella, or add any other toppings you wish (adjust the points value for any toppings you use). I make the zero point marinara sauce on meal prep day so I can just heat it up, and use it on various dishes throughout the week. Recipe for the Marinara sauce here.
Recipe makes 6 servings. 1 chicken pizza per serving.
Preheat oven to the broil setting and move rack to the highest position
Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
Top each piece of chicken with 1/4 cup of the sauce, 1 oz of cheese and/or other toppings.
Broil for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is warm and the cheese is melted.
