Sesame Ginger Dressing

Great on salads and chicken. Dressing recipe makes about 6 servings. 2 tbsp per serving. For the sesame oil, Sushi Chef brand is superior to other sesame oils I have tried. It has a black label and can be found in the Asian section of most grocery stores. You can also find Tamari soy sauce in this section.

Yield/Servings: 6 Serving Size: 2 tbsp Total Cook/Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 1/4 cup low-sodium Tamari soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil


Place ingredients into a bowl. 

Use a whisk to mix ingredients vigorously.

Store in a jar or plastic container in the refrigerator.

Shake well before use.
