These super easy shrimp tostadas are a delicious dinner you can make during the week in less than 30 minutes.
Recipes makes 6 tostadas. 2 tostadas per serving.
Defrost shrimp according to package directions
Toast the corn tortillas (I placed mine on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for about 5 minutes - 400 degrees)
Heat a skillet on the stovetop (medium heat)
Add the shrimp. Sprinkle with the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Saute about 5 minutes, rotating each side
Place 4 shrimp on each toasted tortilla shell
Give each one a squeeze of lime juice, 1 tbsp of sour cream, 1/4 cup salsa verde and a pinch of cilantro
