These are super easy to make. You don't need an ice-cream machine to make this. Once the fruit is frozen, you can assemble the cones in less than 5 minutes. These cones are a delicious refreshing treat!
Notes: Magic shell chocolate rim is optional. WW SmartPoints and nutrition information excludes chocolate Magic Shell.
For the yogurt, I highly recommend using Fage brand because it is considerably thicker than any other greek yogurt I have used. Refrigerator temperature yogurt provides an ice-cream-like consistency.
Recipe makes 2 cones. 2 cones per serving.

Chop up about 8 - 10 medium strawberries and 1 medium banana
Spread the fruit on a parchment lined sheet so that none of the peices are touching
Freeze for 4 - 5 hours
Prepare the crepes (see video demonstration):
Cut 1 crepe in half.
Roll each half into a cone shape
Wrap each half with a small strip of foil to hold the cone shape
Toast for 30 seconds - 1 minute
Set the cones aside to cool
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt (refrigerator temperature), vanilla and sugar until combined
Add the strawberries and bananas
Stir to combine.
Spoon/distribute the yogurt mixture into the cones
