This teriyaki sauce is delicious with chicken, pork or salmon. Recipe makes 4 servings. 2 tbsp per serving.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl using a wire whisk.
Put the mixture in a small pot on low heat.
Heat for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Continue stirring for 30 seconds. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
Use a pastry brush to apply the sauce on chicken, pork or salmon.
