This is a tasty wrap with lots of crunchy texture. It has a bunch of Trader Joe's finds in it. The wrap itself (which is a small whole wheat low carb wrap), sliced roasted turkey breast, the Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette and the soy beans are all from Trader Joe's.
Recipe makes 1 wrap.
Place parchment paper underneath the whole wheat wrap
Assemble the roasted turkey breast, romaine, soybeans, carrots, cilantro and Spicy Peanut dressing on the wrap
Roll it up, using the parchment paper around the wrap to secure it closed
Twist the ends of the parchment paper
Slice it in half
